The expert for this particular call was Vikas Mishra, who works as a Vice President at CS Direkt, one of the leading firms in this field. Marketing can be of broadly classified into two categories – ‘above the line’ as in mass media advertising where there is no direct interaction with the customer, and ‘below the line‘ which involves direct interaction with the customer; event management falls into the latter category.
